Greg Gans
Designated Broker and Owner
What sets Greg apart from other agents is that he is first and foremost, a real estate investor. Greg owns real estate in multiple states and continues to build his investment portfolio every year. Bringing that approach to buyers and sellers of all types gives Greg an edge. His brain just works a little differently than the average broker. The first place his mind goes is: "How can I maximize my client's long term wealth?" Greg always makes sure to balance his clients' wants with their financial needs -- and this is what distinguishes him from the rest.

Greg has been in the real estate business for over a decade and a half. He started selling homes in Western New York, while he was in high school. He continued his career while attending college where he earned a BA in Business Management. After undergrad, he took a short break to go to abroad to grad school where he earned an MA in Middle Eastern History. Greg returned to real estate when he moved to Seattle in 2014.

On a more personal level, Greg loves to spend time with his wife, sons and dog. He enjoys cooking various cuisines from around the world and he is an avid fly fisherman. He is a dedicated Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner and trains most days of the week. Greg prides himself on his world travels and experiences with humans from all walks of life.
Eldar Peled

Eldar has 15+ years of experience in high-tech, but always knew that his real professional aspirations lay in the world of real estate. For over a decade years, he has familiarized himself with the local markets and made many successful personal investments.
One of his greatest real estate successes came in the form of acquiring an older, worn down home; and with imaginative planning, renovated it in accordance with each member of his family’s needs...and now his family truly has a palace of their own! As a result, Eldar knows he can help anyone find and, or turn a house into a home.

Kelvin Davis
Transaction Coordinator and Property Management Assistant
Originally from Atlanta, GA, Kelvin has lived in Seattle for nearly a decade. He has worked in the service industry for most of his life and it shows. He loves interacting with all types of people; striking up conversations wherever he goes. While he is studying for his Real Estate Broker's Licenses, he is currently helping the team as a transaction coordinator and with our property management services.
